23 Days Left: #FisherPrice Laugh & Learn

Toys, toys, toys. When it comes to making a Christmas list, everyone always asks what kind of toys they can get the kids. Now, I'm not sure about your family, but we have lots and lots of toys -- too many in fact. Of course, we sort through them on a regular basis and store some away or save for hand-me-downs or donate to those in need.

When I look for a toy, I look for something that's multi-functioning, allowing independent play and can grow with the child. That way, it lasts a bit longer in our home and sustains the interest of the child.

One brand I always turn to is Fisher-Price. We have Fisher-Price toys in our home that Isabelle received for her first Christmas (she's almost 3 now), like the tea set that we play with every single day, or the lawn mower that stays outside all summer so she can mow the lawn like dad.

Fisher-Price's newest toy collection meets my standards of toy selection -- it's called Laugh & Learn Smart Stages that allows the toy to grow with your child for up to three years. The new toy line includes 8 products -- all designed to encourage early curiosity and experiential learning through playing. The toys are designed for babies 6-36 months and feature three different levels of play.
