ABOUT

THE BLOG

[sim-plee soop-a]: People, products, places and experiences that are so super they’re worth sharing. Sincerely. Clearly. Plainly.

Simply Suppa was founded in 2012 as an opportunity for a new mom, Julia Suppa, to ramble, share and connect with the world outside her family room. What has developed is a blend of anecdotes and stories, easy recipes, product reviews, contests and features on great local products, services and companies. Simply Suppa takes a positive approach to storytelling; in a world filled with negativity and judgement, Simply Suppa provides readers with content that is honest and unequivocally authentic.

THE BLOGGER

Julia Suppa wears many hats.

Every single day, Julia divides her time and passions into a variety of different jobs and projects – the first and most important being a mom to two beautiful girls and a loving wife.

Julia has had a love for news and current affairs since childhood, and gets to live out her dream every day as a television host and producer. She is a natural storyteller and brings her talent for writing into each and every blog post.

And then she gives back. Julia associates herself with many local charities including the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, Markham-Stouffville Hospital Foundation, Mackenzie Health Hospital and Habitat for Humanity.

She’s a writer, a reader, a knitter, a traveller, a foodie, a DIYer, a volunteer and she’s admittedly social media obsessed. Julia prides herself on being friendly and cooperative, making valuable connections and collaborations.

Put simply, she works hard. And it shows.
