3 months later...

It's been a while since I last updated, and unlike most months, a lot has happened! It's been a very busy few months, and I will update on what I've been working on. But first, the biggest news of the ahem...trimester:

I'm a little over 3 months pregnant! Donny and I will be welcoming our first bundle sometime in early April 2012. A spring baby, an Aries. I'm feeling great and enjoying the process so far. It's also been nice having some close friends who have a) just had a baby b) are pregnant c) are on the pregnancy bandwagon. It should be a fun 6.5 more months! At least I hope it will be!

For those wondering, baby is now about the size of an avocado. It's funny how baby books compare the size of the fetus to fruit: appleseed, plum, avocado, grapefruit and eventually, watermelon.

The image above is our first ultrasound, and no, we don't know what we're having - yet. We will find out the gender in about 6 weeks or so! Looking forward to sharing this experience with everyone!
