Glow Gardens Now Open in Toronto #contest

I haven't met too many people who don't remember the infamous scene in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, (one of the best and funniest holiday movies!) when Chevy Chase lights up his house and it radiates with overwhelming light.

That's the feeling you get at Glow Gardens in Toronto. Now open at the Toronto Congress Centre North Building; when you wander through the indoor light park, you inadvertently ooh and ahhh at the beautiful, sparkly displays.

Glow Toronto is a family-friendly activity, complete with a fun scavenger hunt, photo ops with Santa and the occasional Princess, and a cool light game. There is food available for purchase on-site, benches to sit, live music, as well as bars that serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic bevvies. Think of it as an indoor Winter Wonderland, complete with heat, an indoor playground and small market to buy stocking stuffers and ugly Christmas Sweaters. Oh, and hundreds of thousands of lights.

The photo ops are endless, so be sure to bring your camera. My favourite spots include the candy cane archway, the hanging icicles (so cool!), and an area filled with gigantic teddy bears for kids and adults to sprawl upon.

There are a few Glow Gardens locations in Canada, and two in Ontario -- the other being in Ottawa. Ticket prices range from $14.99 for kids to $19.99 for adults or a family pass for $65. And there are occasionally tickets for discounted rates online.

To purchase your tickets and learn more about Glow Gardens Toronto, visit their website

And, if you want to test your luck -- I have a FAMILY PASS TO GIVE AWAY.

Let me know what your favourite holiday movie is, by commenting below. I'll draw a winner in a week!

Good luck!
