Introducing me...again

It's been a while since I've posted an introduction of myself, and in the spirit of a new season and the start of one of the happiest times of the year, here's a little bit about me:

I'm a television host and producer-turned entrepreneur. Almost three years ago, I started my own business after losing my job. That experience taught me a LOT, and I've been learning something new every day since.

My blog has been an outlet for me to share my favourites -- recipes, fashion, family activities, crafts -- for almost 10 years. Yes, I've been doing this for a while. And while I do, on occasion, receive payment or free products, Simply Suppa has been a passion project that has grown and evolved as I have. And it's always been a lot of fun.

So, what do I DO when I'm working from home, sometimes in my sweats, other times in workwear? I'm helping other businesses do what I love -- tell stories. I support other businesses with their content creation -- social media, videos, photography and writing -- and it is both gratifying and humbling. For more on my business: www.suppamedia.com.

When I'm not working, I watch a lot of TV, love to cook and have a bit of a shopping addiction. I enjoy exploring with my fam, and when the pandemic permits, I can't wait to venture to beautiful towns, restaurants and events.
